In this online program, you will be guided on a sacred journey using your body as your own personal map. We will journey to each of our chakras to begin to heal the core wounds that exist within these sacred energetic centres. This journey is a pilgrimage home to your own body and soul and the body and soul of Mother Earth.

This program includes online weekly guided ceremonies and teachings. Each week, you will be given a manual that includes ancient stories, sacred teachings and healing practices to continue with your pilgrimage.

Throughout the program, we will use ceremony, ritual, embodied practices, intuitive art making, guided journeying, prompted journaling, and soul singing, to name a few.
