Our Story!

My name is Laurel and I am an artist, writer and teacher of the divine feminine mysteries. My greatest teachers in this lifetime are Grandmother Moon and Mother Earth. It is through apprenticing directly under them that I have learned the ancient stories and the sacred teachings of the divine feminine mysteries.

It is my calling in this lifetime to translate their wisdom into sacred teachings and healing practices that help women come home to their bodies, reclaim the cyclical nature of their wombs, recover the abandoned parts of themselves and step into their power. My artwork, stories, online courses and in-person retreats are all created with this deep intention in mind. 

Our ancient ancestors would have gathered together in sisterhood to learn about the divine feminine mysteries. Each woman played a sacred role not only in her own healing, but also in the healing of the collective. For millennia, these divine feminine mysteries have been lost. I believe that it was our ancestors’ prayer that these teachings would be remembered once again.

Conversations with Forest was created with this prayer in mind. It is a sacred gathering space to learn about the divine feminine mysteries so that we can heal in sisterhood once again. It is my personal prayer that in this lifetime, we collectively rise up rooted in our divine feminine power, so we can return home to ourselves and to the Earth.
